This would be a great company only if they can find and keep a reliable imusic installer that is dependable who you can count on. Other than that great place.

I called Street Beats to determine if the problem with my audio system in my Lexus GX460 was a problem that they could resolve. The person I spoke with was attentive, responsive, stated he felt it was a BCM issue and the better option would be to take it to the dealership. I am very appreciative that he gave his time, expertise and validated the causal issue. I can see why they have a 5 star rating. I would highly recommend and use them for any future needs! Thank you! Street Beats is an awesome shop. Larry showed me lots of great options for audio. He took time to explain everything to me. He was also very courteous and transparent about the process and pricing. The installation pro was also super cool. He knows his stuff and was extra careful with our auto. If you have a high-end luxury brand. They will be thoughtful and careful with all of the delicate parts. A++ These guys rule. I am very pleased with the work they did to our transporter!

I have brought in my wife’s BMW on two occasions to have a camera installed and then later a external power battery to power the camera. Each time the staff was excellent. On the first install I went back because I decided I wanted a change in a camera angle for the rear camera and the owner was quick to redo it and made a special bracket for the camera WITHOUT a extra charge. Both times the owner made sure to say that if there’s any issues to call him. The install both times was done professionally. I’m going to have them install the same system in my truck

I’m Not a happy customer at all I had to come back to the shop several times because of their poor service and I was Charged twice the amount I was quoted and if there was a way to give them no stars I gladly would I told them this was way more than I was quoted and they had no problem taking My last dollar This was the most unprofessional and ghetto experience I had in my life I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to do business with Larry or the owner in the end I felt like I got robbed I hope this saves someone from Having the same horrible experience I had With them v.i.p. Does a much better, more professional job at a reasonable rates
